Give knowledge about how to conduct journalist investigation, discuss its difficulties. Experts assisted journalists to reveal hidden dangers in investigative journalism. How to distinguish substitute from real investigation? What is the purpose of investigation: The truth? Triumph of justice? Satisfaction of personal irrepressible curiosity? When in the investigation the line between “allowed” and “not allowed”? Between the Law and Lawlessness? Between profession and parody?

Transparency Kazakhstan conducted trainings for journalists from Almaty, Astana, Karaganda and Aktau.
Experts developed methodical manual “Basics on investigative journalism”, which is effective instrument in realization of the right to access to information.
