Goals:
Project goals are: revealing of the level of transparency in budgetary system of the Republic as whole and local budgets in particularly. Also define the level of public participation in formation and execution of national and local budgets, the level of objectiveness of all reports from central and local state institutions.
Project results:
In the course of the research there were questioned 55 respondents: parliament deputies and deputies of Maslikhats, NGO representatives, journalists, independent experts. TK expert analyzed all findings and developed principal recommendations.
