On October 17, 2006 in Astana had taken place the Round Table “Enforcement of measures on fight against corruption in private sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan” organized by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on fight against economic and corruption crimes (Finance police) together with the OSCE center in Almaty and Public foundation “Transparency Kazakhstan” and in co-operation with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Representatives of state institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, public associations, international organizations and diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan have taken part in work of the Round Table.
In the result of discussion, participants put forward several recommendations on enforcement of effectiveness on fight against corruption at national level.
