In March-July, 2005 Transparency Kazakhstan in cooperation with IWPR and with the support of OSCE center in Almaty organized the series of trainings for Kazakhstan journalists “Legal bases of investigative journalism and field of its application”

In the frameworks of the project “Fighting corruption through civic education” had been issued the educational manual “Basics on preventing corruption”. Ministry of education and science of the RK recommended this manual for students of universities, academies, etc.

In 2005, in cooperation the International Organisation for Migration, Transparency Kazakhstan carried out the large-scale research “Corruption and illegal migration”.  Main objects of the research were: development of recommendation in the sphere of migration taking into account international experience for the formation the state anti-corruption policy and system of coordinate actions between law enforcement bodies aimed at fight against corruption. Also, improvement of anti-corruption control and law application practice, reinforcement the responsibility for corruption offences, raise the role if local governance system and public participation, Mass Media and Maslikhats in the process of control over the migration policy.

In 2006 TK organized the International science conference “Judicial authority in the Republic of Kazakhstan: formation and development”.

On October 17, 2006 in Astana had taken place the Round Table “Enforcement of measures on fight against corruption in private sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan”  organized by Transparency Kazakhstan, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on fight against economic and corruption crimes (Finance police) together with the OSCE center in Almaty and in co-operation with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Representatives of state institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, public associations, international organizations and diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan have taken part in work of the Round Table. In the result of discussion, participants put forward several recommendations on enforcement of effectiveness on fight against corruption at national level.

Anti-corruption information center

In December of 2000, Transparency Kazakhstan with the support of USAID had been created the Anti-corruption information center . It includes library and information web-page

Quarterly TK publishes information and analytical magazine “To society without corruption” there readers can find articles about specific corruption problems, ways of settlement, etc.

National Integrity System Assessment

TK Experts with the support of state institutes carry out independent assessment of the State Anti-corruption Programme, including capability of the state resist corruption, how open the work of state institutions. TK participated in global monitoring of Kazakhstan National Integrity System which was held as preparation of the Second Global Forum in Netherlands.

Large contracts' monitoring

TK plans monitor large governmental contracts. The main object of that is to achieve more transparence of such contracts, which can promote investment attraction of the country and correspondence to public interests. Transparency Kazakhstan will assist individuals and NGOs thus promoting interaction between civil society and governmental institutes.

Cooperation with Kazakhstan and International organizations

Transparency Kazakhstan is going to actively cooperate with OSCE, World Bank, IMF, European Commission, USAID, COLPI, Soros Foundation and other international organizations and Kazakhstan NGOs interested in fight against corruption.
