Analysis of comparative researches
This work of the research center “Indem” devoted to comparative researches of corruption on interstate level. In the first part of the analysis the reader can find the overview of main researches which are base for any indices of corruption. In the second part – authors tried show statistically the interaction of different indices, both between each other, and with indices which measure characteristics of states. Separately authors researched specific for transit states kind of corruption as state capture. There had shown linear dependence between the levels of this kind of corruption in the process of transit. There is definition of another kind of corruption – business capture.
Anti-corruption tool-kit
Prepared by the UN Committee on Control over drugs and crime prevention – Global Programme against Corruption. The aim of this tool-kit is assistance to the UN states-members and world society to understand the guileful essence of the corruption and its potential damage. Also the Tool-kit offers effective measures on revealing and curbing corruption.
Diagnostics of Russian corruption
The research includes two main phases:
- deep expert interview
- two mass poll (first – citizens, second - businessmen)
The main objects of the research are: to give an accurate account of the corruption, compare today’s corruption in Russia and during the Soviet period. Study the practice of everyday corruption, assessment of corruption market; study the corruption behavior, social determinants of corruption practice.
Standards for national and international organisations on freedom of access to information
The principles are first of all aimed at national legislations on access to information, but can be applied to the information from intergovernmental institutions, such as UN and EU.
The Principles are based upon international and regional legislations and standards and common regulations recognized by UN.
