EXTERNAL REQUIREMENTS

External requirement we should consider as criteria of pressure from the side of foreign countries, international organisations and international companies, which are interested in particular country. They can have positive nature which stimulates states into system reforming. E.g. the US regime of the most favours. And from the other hand they can have negative nature, for example, turning out reforms the state loses support. The success will be depended on concrete circumstances.
